Student Acknowledgement
By paying the AUD $200 Deposit and proceeding with enrollment, the Student acknowledges that they have read and understood these Terms and Conditions, including:
- the right to receive a full refund of the AUD $200 Deposit if cancellation occurs within the seven (7) calendar day Cooling-Off Period;
- that the Deposit becomes non-refundable for a change of mind after the Cooling-Off Period expires;
- that the finance application process may commence following expiry of the Cooling-Off Period;
- that changing their mind during the finance application or approval process does not entitle them to a refund of the Deposit;
- that Bela is responsible for course delivery and Course Delivery Support;
- that course and Student Package refund requests must be directed to Bela;
- that opened or used Kit products are not refundable for change-of-mind reasons, subject to the Student’s statutory consumer rights.
