At Lashmer, we do our best to get your products to you as quickly as possible. Please ensure your order is correct before completing your purchase, as all sales are final and binding.

Once your order has shipped, the conditions of our Returns Policy will apply. Orders refused at the time of delivery will also be subject to the conditions outlined in our Returns Policy. Lashmer shall not be liable for parcels that are lost or stolen during transit.

If you request a refund before your order has been dispatched, please be aware that for all orders made through Afterpay, a 6% fee will be deducted from your final refund amount. This covers the Afterpay merchant fees that are not refunded to us.

The Bela Beauty College Lash & Brow Bundle includes 5 self-paced online courses with 40+ modules, training kits, 2 years of course access, and 24 months of tutor and business support. Training covers classic, premade volume, volume and mega volume lashes; lash lift and tint; brow sculpting, dye and lamination; hygiene, OH&S, and business foundations. Certificates are provided upon successful completion.

What is included in the professional lash product bundle?

The bundle is listed as professional stock suitable for serving 100+ customers. It includes 10 boxes of classic lashes, 50 boxes of premade fans, 5 bottles of lash glue, primer and lash foam cleanser, one glue remover, 6 tweezers, 5 packs of slim gel pads, a tweezer holder, an acrylic lash box, and other lash accessories.

What payment options are available?

Can I change my furniture selections or return an item?
