Once your order has shipped, the conditions of our Returns Policy will apply. Orders refused at the time of delivery will also be subject to the conditions outlined in our Returns Policy. Lashmer shall not be liable for parcels that are lost or stolen during transit.

If you request a refund before your order has been dispatched, please be aware that for all orders made through Afterpay, a 6% fee will be deducted from your final refund amount. This covers the Afterpay merchant fees that are not refunded to us.
